EOL4000 -- The engine factory online test system adopts modular and integrated design, the operation part conforms to ergonomic design, and can complete manual/automatic mode control. It is composed of mechanical system, rapid middle system, loading system, guarantee system, measurement and control system, upper computer software system and other auxiliary systems.

Mechanical system: cast iron platform, shock absorption device, engine bracket, exhaust system, shafting connection part and other equipment.

L Automatic alignment system: it is composed of docking and pressing system of tested parts, oil-water docking system, transportation roller table and other equipment.

L Loading system: electric dynamometer/eddy current dynamometer, torque measurement system, dynamometer controller, etc

L Support system: engine coolant thermostatic system, engine coolant liquid cooling and thermal shock system, engine oil thermostatic system, engine intercooling system, engine fuel thermostatic system, environmental equipment, intake and exhaust system, etc.

01 Functional Modularization

All the platforms are modularized by function, which is concentrated in one test system in the form of module combination.

02 Advanced means of measurement

Advanced measurement and control system is adopted, including input speed and torque, etc. High sampling rate is adopted to sample the torque speed, which meets the requirements of high precision and rapid response of the test system. Besides, transient data and eigenvalue data are provided to facilitate the software to conduct comprehensive analysis of the test process data in the later stage.

Load of dynamometer

Using power dynamometer/eddy current dynamometer as subjects of engine load, change the traditional way of load, improve the system of dynamic measurement of torque and rotational speed range and accuracy, improve load (is/reverse, the drag power dynamometer ()), and shorten the response time of load, which can realize arbitrary load curve of load, high real time simulation engine operating conditions.

Temperature control system equipment

Indirect heat transfer mode is adopted to keep the coolant, oil and turbocharger in the optimal working mode when the engine is running, which ensures the guarantee measures for the engine to do various tests.

06 Humanized design

It adopts professional engine test bench, which has the function of quick alignment in engine tooling and easy loading and unloading, and can adapt to installation of different tested parts.
