Et4900-jy Engine oil Thermostatic system - Product background

Summary:

With the continuous development of the automobile industry, the engine speed and power are constantly improved, and the increasing thermal load puts forward higher requirements for the reliability of the engine lubrication system. One of the main factors affecting the reliability is that the oil temperature is too high, the viscosity decreases significantly, the stability decreases, the oxidation deteriorates the household, the pressure is low, easy to cause the burning axle bush, burning crankshaft, cylinder liner and other faults. Therefore, in order to ensure the best lubrication effect of engine oil and improve the reliability of lubrication components, the engine oil should be kept at 95℃ for a long time, and the oil cooler should be equipped in the lubrication system.

Et4900-jy engine oil thermostatic system is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB19297-2001 "Engine Performance Test Methods", and is used for engine bench test. The system adopts the engine oil sump oil circulation mode to control the oil temperature, and the temperature is 60-140℃ oil temperature control. It has good safety and is not affected by engine operating condition and ambient temperature change.

Considering the convenience of user's use and maintenance and the need of control, this system adopts movable structure.
