Overview:
ET5100 measurement and control instrument is the main control instrument of our company's latest generation of power measurement and control system. It is based on a mature and reliable embedded platform for secondary development. Compared with the previous generation of products, the reliability, computing performance, sampling rate, functionality, and configuration flexibility are all A substantial increase.
This instrument is based on the secondary development of the German Beckhoff (Beifu) embedded controller, the core runs TwinCAT embedded real-time system, the scan execution cycle can be as low as 50μs. The instrument integrates the fastest industrial real-time Ethernet bus EtherCAT communication, and retains the traditional CAN, Modbus-RTU communication interface, which has both high performance and compatibility. The instrument also integrates basic interfaces such as torque and speed sensor measurement, switch input, switch output, 4-20mA input, PT100 thermal resistance measurement, etc., and can be customized to embed more types of acquisition interfaces for k customers or project needs. The instrument development closely follows the cutting-edge technology of Beckhoff and adopts its latest embedded controller series, which can easily realize popular functions such as IOT remote communication and cloud database storage.
The ET5100 measurement and control instrument program is based on the IEC61131-3 standard programming, mainly using ST language, which ensures the reliable code logic, stable operation, and ensures long-term continuous operation without downtime. Integrate multiple independent PID closed-loop calculation channels, which can be applied to test benches such as engines, motors, gearboxes, chassis, reducers, motor controllers, and batteries. The specially optimized PID control algorithm and filter program, parameter adjustment is simple, and the control effect is excellent. The communication part has integrated CAN communication protocol and EtherCAT protocol of inverters such as ABB, Siemens, CT, VACON, Yaskawa, Inovance, and Fuji Electric. The control mode adds L positioning mode and S vehicle simulation driving mode. At the same time, the electric inertia simulation algorithm is integrated, and the electric inertia system can be realized with the electric dynamometer, which is especially suitable for chassis dynamometer applications.Functions and features:
